Permissions
We wouldn’t need permission to film on the land, however if anyone was walking through and
could potentially be in the background we would require their consent to be in the scene.

Lighting Information:
There’s lots of trees blocking the light, making
this location fairly dark, however that is what
we’d want for this scene as it’s supposed to be
scary.
Sound Information:
Next to this location is a Thames Water site,
which could potentially cause disruptive noise
in the background. As well as that there may
be pedestrians / college students walking past
during the day.
Power Information
There are no power outlets in that location.
Hazards
There are overgrown trees, bushes, and
branches hanging down which could be a
tripping hazard. There may also be wildlife in
that area as it is in the woods.
Solutions:
If the location is too dark, we could bring a top
light to go on top of the camera and set it so
that it’s very bright, and therefore causes a sort
of “spotlight” to create more eery shadows
around the character.
Solutions:
To keep as much noise out as possible, we
could use a shotgun microphone, as we would
be filming u[p close to the actor and that mic
picks up sound that is closest to it.

My group and I would have to bring portable
power sources and spare batteries.

ensure everything’s as safe and risk-free as
possible.
