With the presence of the Editor-In-Chief, Erika Mae P. Asoy, the organization
were designated with their work in relation to the releasing of magazine, assigning of
journalists to cover the activities on the following months, as well as presentation of the

Valentines & SSC Day

Annually, KCAST celebrates the Graduation Ball exclusively for the 4 th year
students who are about to leave the school with dignity and pride which is to
acknowledge their hardships and efforts throughout years of being in school. Moreover,
the ball would serve as a promise for all the students in the peak of bidding farewell to
heartaches, happiness, and glory between their friends and the instructors.
“Green as Jade”, the latest theme of the Seniors’ Ball that happened at the
KCAST Gymnasium last February 28, 2020. The flaunting of Masquerade was reflected
through their souls with precision. Elegance graced to the runway of the said place
while people wore dazzling clothes and with uniqueness in each of them.
“Boldness and Refinement” Mrs. Litob boasted with confidence. Loud cheers
were heard at that night as these students were close in reaching their shared goal:
graduating.
As part of the tradition, there’s dancing, serenade and citing of prophecy done for
entertainment. With their highlight, the awarding who would win the Best in Evening
Dress, Formal Tuxedo, Mr. & Ms. Elegant, Most Gorgeous & Handsome, Mr. & Miss
Face of the Night, Mr & Miss Headturner, and lastly, the Star and King of the Night.
The event ended with Mr Rebote’s speech, “…soar high, continue to dream!”
Outreach Program
Program Students at Purok 16, Ilaboon, Kapalong, Davao del Norte on December 21,
2019.
Rebote, MAEcon. – SSC Adviser, Elealeh G. Suan and Jonelson Escandallo – NSTP
Advisers, the NSTP students successfully held the program to the children and mothers
of Ilaboon.
Opening Remarks came from Mr. Rebote as he explained briefly the reasons
why KCAST do community outreach program through gift gicing and why it happens
Taguango.
Zumba dance and parlor games were the activities done for the day. The
highlight was the gift-giving which is divided for the children and their parents.
Amado Luzon Sr. – Chairman of the Purok thanked the faculty and students for
KCAST joined the 6th Student Leaders’ Summit which was organized by the Davao
Colleges and Universities Network, Inc. (DACUN) in partnership with the Association of
servanthood, maintain peace and order, protect life, academic freedom and to shape
students to their capacity as leaders. Thus, reflecting their theme “Servant Leadership

of Mindanao presented 3 key points which she emphasized the heart as holding the
spirituality; the head which contributes to academic service learning and; the hands
which initiates the mission and service. These three must work simultaneously in order
