 ABSTRACT
This project aims at creating on “Online Property Dealing System” which can
be used by owners and clients. The owner to advice/publish the availability of
rooms or properties in different areas or localities. Clients should be able to
know the availability of the rooms or property in a particular area or locality.
They should be able to available buy or rent the available rooms or properties
according to their needs to make their stay comfortable. The owner hands the
booking information of the clients. The users can register and log in to the
system. The administrator will know the details of daily reservations. This
project provides high security to their users.

 INTRODUCTION
Every person wants his house should be best in a location with all facilities.
Offices should be near to market and product unit near to raw material and
marketplace. General companies concentrate on its product and infrastructure are
bought from Real Estate companies. Due to competition in this industry, every
real estate company wants to deliver the best service and makes its customer
satisfied.
Online Property Dealing System is software that takes care of everything
that a real estate company wants to do. Property Dealing System is developed for
real estate Companies. It is very strong and easy to use that makes quick booking
and account handling process. The real estate Property Dealing system is web-
based software and you can access it from anywhere.
This ensures the service to the client 24X7. Clients can view and book
their favorite property online just after few clicks.

MISSION OF PROJECT
The main mission of the Property Dealing System is to manage the details of
Sellers, Approvals, Property, Registrations, Property Type. The purpose of the
project is to build an Web program to reduce the manual work for managing the
Sellers, Approvals, Buyers, Property. The mission is to facilitate the easy
management and services for a selling or buying rooms and properties. In this
system the users can add the property for selling/ renting purpose and other
users can buy or book a property for rent or buy. The program is very easy to
use for owner and client.
Main moto of the project is avoid traveling for searching home and properties
outdoor. And get their land and property comfortably seating at home.
 ABOUT EXISTING SYSTEM
The existing system is a manual one and there is lot of issues like
erroneous data, slow process, lack of security, etc. People have to go outside to
check on properties which is very time consuming. If the property is not
acceptable then agents have to face the costumers insecurities about their trust.
So we introduced web program to reduce the manual work for managing the
Sellers, Approvals, Buyers, Property. Which is less time consuming.

 MODULES
The system comprises of 3 major modules with their sub-modules as follows:
1. Admin:

• Login: Admin can login in his personal account using id and

password.
• Add Property: office buildings, retail sites, flats, houses,
bungalows for rent.
• Add Advertise: Admin can add advertising for rental properties
• View Customers: Admin can view all customers.

2. User:

• Login: User can login his account using id and password.

• View Property: User can view the properties.
• View favorite Property: User can mark and view their favorite
properties.
• Book Appointment: User can book appointment to see or finalize
the property.

MOTHERBOARD

the pieces together.

CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT (CPU)

RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM)

Random Access Memory, or RAM (pronounced as ram), is the physical

hardware inside a computer that temporarily stores data, serving as the
computer's "working" memory.

Additional RAM allows a computer to work with more information at the

same time, which usually has a considerable effect on total system
performance.

SOLID STATE DRIVE (SSD)

Solid state refers to electronic circuitry that is built entirely of

semiconductors. The term was originally used to define those electronics,
such as a transistor radio that used semiconductors rather than vacuum tubes
in its construction.

Most electronics today are built around semiconductors and chips. A solid
state drive uses, as its primary storage medium, semiconductors rather than
the magnetic platters of a conventional hard drive.
