Are you happy right now?

Or will you only be happy once you get that job, relationship, or
lifestyle?

What if I told you, you can be happy now, and that attending to your happiness in the present
will actually help you reach your goals faster?

Dan Sullivan calls it “The Gap” – the space between where you are now and where you intend
to be, and saying you’re only going to be happy when you’re there. Instead, train yourself to see
the “reverse gap” - how far you’ve come – because that is gratitude. It’s expressing appreciation
for what has already happened for you.

On top of that, gratitude has the strongest link with mental well-being than any other character
trait.
Expressing more gratitude is correlated with:

Higher emotional intelligence.

More forgiving attitudes to other people.
Lower rates of depression.
Less anxiousness in life.
Greater feelings of social connectedness.
Better sleep and less headaches.

Instructions for the Advanced Technique of Gratitude:

1. Express gratitude for 5 things in your personal life.

2. Express gratitude for 5 things happening in your professional life.
3. Express gratitude for 5 things about yourself.
When you’re ready, try the meditation. I invite you to be happy today.
