Michigan University. Upon moving back to my hometown in 2009, I accepted
a sports writing position at the Manistee News Advocate. Since, I’ve had
several roles at the paper, including county reporter, feature writer and my
current position, sports editor. I have a passion for writing and have always
considered it an honor to tell another person’s story. In my spare time, I enjoy
