BRIGADA ESKWELA 2021 SCHOOL VIRTUAL KICK-OFF PROGRAM

NARRATIVE REPORT

Brigada Eskwela kicked off from Central office, then a week later we had the regional
kick-off, a few days later, we had it under the supervision of the division office. On the 10th
of August, we organized the Brigada Eskwela School Kick-off with the theme, "Bayanihan sa
Paaralan," highlighting the country's collaborative efforts to promote teamwork for safe living
to address social issues and concerns in schools, families, and communities. We started
with the usuals―National Anthem, Prayer, and Regional/Division Hymn via Audio-Visual
Presentation. After this part, we also played the Brigrada Eskwela AVP prepared by the
chairman, Mr. Alnair B. Cawigan. Before the official start, we had aroll call per department as
a way of checking the attendance. Our principal, Ma’am Perla C. Palma, delivered her
welcoming remarks to start the program officially. Afterwhich, we listened to the Message of
Support of the barangay captain of Maliwalo, Hon. Jonel V. Tadaya and Mr. Romeo Mataba,
the GPTA President, respectively. After all the speeches delivered, the Brigada Eskwela
Focal Person explained in guidelines of the 2021 Brigada Eskwela under the DepEd
Memorandum no. 48, s. 2021. To refresh the audience, we played the National Brigada
Eskwela 2021 AVP. After the AVP, the co-chairman, Mr. Arvin Troy Sicat presented the
different activities for the month-long Brigada Eskwela. In this part, some questions were
rising, but both focal persons suggested to park the question since they allotted time for an
Open Forum to accommodate the teachers’ questions. After Mr. Sicat presented, another
AVP was played; this time, it was the school’s Brigada Eskwela infomercial. Then, we had
the open forum where the teachers asked questions regarding the donations, volunteers,
and other Brigada Eskwela-related questions that the focal persons answered with
enthusiasm. They even mentioned that if teachers ever have further questions, they can
message anyone from the Brigada Eskwela team. And the end, the assistant principal,
Ma’am Gemma O. Butchayo, closed the program.
