Does it give them a sense that I care about them?
Does it trigger a feeling I want them to associate with my company?
Does it match the tone of the rest of my email?
Does it mention their work/article/comment that changed my view on an issue?
Does it say one good thing about their business (that I genuinely mean)?
Is it logical in the context of the subject line and the pitch?
Isn’t it too formal/informal?
Can it make it even shorter?
