Selection Process
Level-1 Assessment Modules:

 Quantitative Aptitude MCQ – 10 questions


Level-1 : INR 3.5 LPA  Logical Reasoning MCQ – 10 questions
Aptitude +Verbal+  Verbal MCQ – 10 questions
Technical MCQ + Paragraph  Technical MCQ – 40 questions {OOPS, Programming basics, Types
writing + Psychometric test of loops, Pseudo codes/algorithms, Basics of SQL & PLSQL,
Test time: 100 mins Operating system basics, Basic HTML & SDLC
 Paragraph Writing – 1 question
 Psychometric test – List of personal response based questions

Level-2 Assessment Modules:


 1 Programming question (In any preferred programming language)
Level-2 : INR 5.0 LPA
1 Coding question
(Basic Programming) Salary package for final selects
Test time: 45 mins * Level 1 selects: INR 3.5 LPA
* Level 2 selects: INR 5.0 LPA

Important Note: The Offer of Employment is subjected to the candidate


qualifying the pre-employment medical examination before joining

Other Details

On Confirmation (After 1 year)- Will be revised as per industry standards and

Service Level Agreement (SLA) for a period of 2 years from the date of joining

Non-performance during classroom training/on the job phase is subjected to


separation from the organization

* Not more than 2 active/live backlogs allowed in the current course during the interview process
* All backlogs (if any) must be cleared with the final semester exams

Notice on Fraudulent Job Offers
It has been brought to our attention that certain unscrupulous
elements are sending out false emails purporting to be from Larsen
& Toubro Infotech Limited (“LTI”). The emails ask the recipient to
appear for a face-to-face interview for a job opening with LTI and to
deposit a certain amount as a refundable interview security in a
designated bank account. The emails are falsely stated to be from
the HR Department of LTI.

Please note that LTI, as a policy, does not collect any money as a
pre-employment requirement. L&T and its affiliate companies bear
no responsibility for amounts being deposited / withdrawn
therefrom in response to such emails.

These communications may carry the ID or domain name of LTI (or a


deceptively similar name) to make it look authentic.
LTI is taking appropriate steps to tackle the issue.
We advise candidates not to respond to any fraudulent emails and
