    Morality can either be relative or universal. Moral relativism holds that what is right and wrong depends on the individual, culture, place, time, gender, and upbringing. However, moral relativism is uncertain as to what it is relative to. In contrast, the view that morality is universal is that what is right and wrong is the same for everybody regardless of other factors like time, place, religion, or gender. This view argues against morality being relative, as different cultures may view the same action as both good and bad.

    The way they see an action is the same on how we see it and yet for them that act is good but for us is
    bad.
