    To All Employees,

    It has been noticed that there has been a frequent use of cell phone by our employees
    during working hours. It has also been noticed that some employees were taking
    personal calls while dealing with the customers.

    Here I would like to remind that the use of cell phone during working hours is strictly
    prohibited. Moreover, it has been a company policy that cellphone use is strictly
    discouraged. Only acceptable thing is that the employee can attend the call-in extreme
    emergency.

    I hope that this reminder would be enough for you to discontinue the frequent use of
    cell phone while working. Let this serve as first and final warning for your strict
    compliance.
