It is important to maintain at least a minimal optimal fitness routine/plan because regular

physical activity and exercise promotes strong muscles and bones. It benefits
respiratory, cardiovascular, and overall health. Being physically active can also help you
maintain a healthy weight, lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and some
cancers. Especially in this pandemic because we might not be aware of ourselves
getting physically fat because we can’t go outside and workout in that case, we should
really have an optimal fitness routine/plan for indoors only to avoid those kind of
diseases.
