Human Resource Management is the practice of recruiting, hiring deploying, and


managing employees. It is responsible for creating, putting into effect and
overseeing policies governing workers and the relationship of the Company with its
employees.
The purpose of HRM is to maximize the productivity of an organization by
optimizing the effectiveness of our employees. Its mission will always be to acquire,
develop, retain talent; align the workforce with the business; and be an excellent
contributor of the business.

Recruitment & Hiring

Recruitment is the process of finding, screening, hiring and eventually onboarding


qualified job candidates.

Hiring is the process of reviewing applications, selecting the right candidate to


interview, testing candidates, choosing between candidates to make the hiring
decision and performing various pre-employment tests and checks.

Trainings

Trainings are given to each employee to have an understanding of their job for them
to perform well in their designated position.

Performance Evaluation

Performance Evaluation performed by the HR Manager to assess the employees’


performance in their designated job. It is conducted fairly, consistently and
objectively to protect employees and practice. Employee Recognition is given to
acknowledge employee’s exemplary performance.
