AGENT: Realest Restaurant. Good day! May I help you?
Customer: I would like to make a table reservation for a dinner date.
AGENT: May I have your name, Sir?
Customer: Mr./Ms. (last name of the customer)
AGENT: Could I get the details of your reservations, Mr./Ms. (last name of
the customer)?
Customer: Yes.
AGENT: When do you want to make the reservations? & What time?
Customer: On October 18 at 6pm
AGENT: May I put you on hold while I check the availability of seats for
October 18 at 6pm?
Customer: Okay.
AGENT: Hello, I’m sorry Mr./Ms. (last name of the customer) but we are
fully booked for dinner between 6-7pm on October 18? How about late
dinner at 8pm instead?
Customer: Okay, 8pm would be fine.
AGENT: How many persons are we expecting to come?
Customer: Two persons.
AGENT: Do you have any seating preference?
Customer: We want to be seated in a non-smoking area, if possible, near the
window with a nice view.
AGENT: Okay. Any other request or concerns you want us to consider,
