The online events will be held on platform GOOGLE MEET
Registration is absolutely free
The last date of registration is__________
After the registration, each school will be given a school code,
which will be used by the participants to introduce
themselves[No revealing the names of the schools].
Students can take part in only one event
For overall championship; the school has to participate at
least in seven events.
The dress code is white shirt and black pant.
Misconduct on part of any student of any school will lead to
disqualification of the school.
Any indisciplinary action, vulgar language or indecent dressing
will lead to the disqualification of the team.
There will be separate Whatsapp group(s) for each event
Event wise guidelines to be followed by the participants
The schools are requested to provide an active whatsapp no.
and valid e-mail id of the participants as it will be our mode of
communication
All connectivity issues must be resolved before the event .No
justification for poor connectivity shall be considered by the
organisers
The decision of the judges and the management will be final.
Winners will be provided with e-certificate.

of any fictional character of
their own choice. Only the
selected ones will be reciting
their poetry on the final day
either in their own way or just
like the character.

Participants can choose characters on
their own to enact.
Enactment of the character should be
related to the theme only.
Top 5 participants will be selected for
the final event.
Participants are required to send the
raw video only, any editing may lead to
disqualification.
Main event:-
Participants will get the character 24
hours before the submission time.
One picture of the participant after full
make over should be attached in the
Google form.
Time limit of video should not exceed
by 3 minutes.
Using props and having background is
participant's choice.
Any vulgarity or indisciplined behavior
will lead to disqualification.
Participants are required to send the
raw video only, any editing may lead to
disqualification.
Winners will be provided with e-

The background should be handmade
only, no editing will be accepted.

JUDGING CRITERIA:-
Participants will be judged on their
research, speaking, debating, and writing
skills

 The participants will be needed
to present a SMART (specific,
measurable, ,relevant and time-
bound) idea on lowering the need
of human effort in the IT sector
through a ppt. They can also use
the canva app for their creative
needs The presentation should
end within 5 minutes. The floor
will then be open to the judges to
ask the questions they have
regarding the project.
The number of participants
should not exceed 2
members in a team
No derogatory comments
about any institutions would
be entertained
No plagiarism is allowed.
A bell will be rung at 4 and a
half minutes signaling to
wrap up your idea.
Continuing after 5 and a
quarter minute will lead to
loss of points .

The quote will be provided to each
participant by the organizers.
Only two hours will be given to submit the
complete material.
The work is to be done on a paper. No
usage of online applications will be
entertained.
The details about submission will be
shared later via WhatsApp group.
The pictures are to be in a JPG format.
The photo of the work and a time-lapse
video while doing calligraphy should also
be submitted.
The picture quality should be 360p or
more than 360p and the video quality
should also be above 360p.
Use of any unfair means will lead to
disqualification.

Main Event-
Money Earned in prelims will be
used to purchase locker in this
round.
Highest bidder would get the
access to their respective
locker.
The decision of the auctioneer
would be absolute.
The team earning the highest
profit would be declared the
winner.

Proper costume is compulsory for your
performance. Use a decent
background to shoot your video.

mode.

Non-adherence to time limit will
lead to negative marking.
