JAPANESE PLACEMENT PARTICIPATION CONSENT FORM- 2022 BATCH

Dear Parent/Guardian and Student,

In order to participate in Japanese placement through Zenken Corporation and

ZENKEN INDIA LLP, we want to make sure that all those involved understand the
details of involvement, as it may be different from domestic placement. We want to make
sure each student gets great and equal opportunities for international employment.

In connection with and consideration of _______________ (student name, hereinafter

referred to as the Student)’s participation in the Japanese placement and related
activities, the above signatories hereby represent and agree as follows:

● The Parent/Guardian understands that the Student will be a participant in Japanese

CAMPUS drives and related activities, and as the parent, hereby give permission for
him/her to utilize this opportunity.

● Any student whose attitude has been poor, has been warned throughout the
preparation process, and is absent from the recruitment event without a valid reason
will then be banned from participating in future recruitment events for Japanese
companies unless evidence is provided, or unforeseen, unavoidable events have
happened.

● The Parent/Guardian, as well as the Student understands that he/she will be provided
with the orientation and training necessary, and as needed, for the safe and responsible
performance of the duties assigned. He/she will be expected to meet all the requirements
of the position, including regular attendance and adherence.

● Generally, Zenken Corporation or ZENKEN INDIA LLP will not charge for the training
or placement assistance. The Parent/Guardian understands that in the case where the
Student declines the offer once accepted, he/she might be liable for damages only if such
declination is made in a manner that significantly violates its fiduciary obligations
(including, but not limited to, cases where the company has made capital investments
based on the job offer). Also, we recognize that poor attitude toward and/or poor
attendance to the Japanese language training and consequent lack of Japanese language
skills may have an adverse effect on wages and promotions according to the employer’s
regulations and/or at its discretion.

● In case the Student fails to graduate by the inbound timeline / holds backlogs by the
end of the final semester, the student may be subject to consequences decided and
administered by the hired company, such as but not limited to offer withdrawal, or in the
case of Japanese class delay due to backlog, responsibility to provide compensation for
exceeding education fees.

● In case of unanticipated events, such as but not limited to COVID-19 and other
pandemics, natural disasters, there will be no penalty for withdrawal of offer.

● As the Parent/Guardian of the Student, this certifies that I am the parent or legal
guardian and that I give permission and will be responsible to the Student to participate
in this Japanese placement

● The Student understands all of these points and wishes to apply for International
Placements and am willing for possible Relocation to Japan. The Parent/Guardian has
no objection from undergoing placements activities for Japan through Zenken
Corporation and ZENKEN INDIA LLP.

● Both the Parent/Guardian and the Student agrees that this agreement shall be
governed by the laws of Japan without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law
principles of any jurisdiction, and if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the
remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

BOTH THE PARENT/GUARDIAN AND THE STUDENT HAS READ, FULLY

UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND SIGN IT
VOLUNTARILY WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS SIGNIFICANCE.
