have a team of six Business Analyst. Ecare application is developed for working in multiple countries
and requirements for each country is different. Each Business Analyst is handling 2-3 countries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Description:
The Travelers is an American insurance company. It is the second largest writer of U.S. commercial
property casualty insurance and the third largest writer of U.S. personal insurance through
independent agents.
The project aims at converting a Legacy application of Insurance policies into a Modernized
application. It includes various flows such as rating and issuance of insurance policy. It also includes
integration of Modernized application with other existing application. Data generated can be
subjected to reporting and analysis purpose.

Roles and Responsibilities:

➢ Eliciting and analysing client’s requirements depending on current Legacy system
➢ Creation of BRD and FRD covering requirements in detail.
➢ Incorporating the inputs and views of client while analysing requirements
➢ Creating scenarios to convey the business requirements to both development and testing
teams.
➢ Validating the scenarios created by the QA
 ➢ Creating and maintaining Use case diagrams as well as Business Flow diagrams which can be

manner.
