SI cut-off: All Shipping instructions (SI) must be sent to VN339-MSCVNSGNSI@msc.com prior to 16:00 ETD-1 day for feeder sails during working
days, prior to 16:00 ETD-2 days for feeder sails on Sunday.
SI cut off of USEC cargo ETD Monday on direct vessel from TCTT is 16:00 on Thursday
SI cut off of USWC cargo ETD Wednesday on direct vessel from CMIT is 10:00 on Monday
SI cut off of USWC cargo ETD Friday on direct vessel from TCIT is 16:00 on Tuesday
SI cut off of Chinese cargo ETD Saturday on direct vessel from SSIT is 14:00 on Wednesday
SI cut off of USEC, CANADA, SAWC cargo ETD Saturday from SSIT is 12:00 on Thursday

After the deadline, charge for late SI submission will be applied: 500,000 VND/ BL for the 1st 48hrs from timeline, thereafter: 1,000,000 VND per BL
Trong trường hợp hạ container full tại TCIT/CMIT/TCTT/SSIT thuộc Vũng Tàu,vui lòng báo lại bộ phận booking trước SI cut off. Sau SI cut off,sẽ phát
sinh chi phí
- Khách hàng phải kiểm tra tình trạng container rỗng trước khi giao nhận, và phải chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hư hỏng, tổn thất đối với hàng hóa trong
container do việc đóng hàng vào container không đủ tiêu chuẩn đóng hàng, vận chuyển bằng đường biển.
- Hàng nguy hiểm, quá tải, siêu trường, siêu trọng phải có sự đồng ý của Hãng tàu. Không được đóng hàng quá trọng lượng cho phép ghi trên vỏ
container. Hàng đi tiếp vào nội địa sau khi đến cảng chính, vui lòng liên hệ phòng booking để biết trọng lượng tối đa cho phép.
- Carrier has no liability or responsibility whatsoever for thermal loss or damage to the goods by reason of natural variations in atmospheric temperatures
during the winter period, and / or caused by inadequate packing of the Goods for carriage in dry-van containers, and / or inherent vice of the Goods, in
such temperatures.
-The Merchants are herewith informed that this booking is subject to documentation fees due at destination, in addition to other local charges, payable

- "Carrier's liability ceases after discharge of goods into Customs custody and Carrier shall not be responsible for delivery of cargo without the
presentation of the Original Bill of Lading, as per Brazilian Customs Regulations".

- Seal Clause: In the event the Merchant does not use Carrier's seals, the Merchant shall use seals which are Compliant with the latest ISO
regulations or with equivalent security requirements. The Merchant shall indemnify Carrier against any loss, damage, liability or expenses
whatsoever and howsoever arising, caused by the Merchant's use of a seal which does not comply with this provision.

ĐÚNG VỚI CONTAINER ĐÃ ĐƯỢC CẤP CHO LỆNH NÀY

Theo như quy định của SOLAS - Amendments to the IMDG Code (Amendment 38-16), hàng có hun trùng, và không thông gió sau khi hun
trùng sẽ được coi là hàng nguy hiểm. Khách hàng có trách nhiệm dán tem hun trùng lên cửa container và báo với hàng tàu tại thời điểm
booking. Bất kỳ chi phí phát sinh do không tuân thủ quy định trên sẽ thuộc trách nhiệm của khách hàng
