Neutral Foundation Recipe

This foundation is a starting point that I recommend for most people to work with. From there you can add more of a yellow undertown or pink. The adhesion base is a medium adhesion. You can adjust it by playing with certain ingredients. If you have really dry skin you may want to omit the clay. If you have really oily skin you may want to add more rice powder to absorb oil without adding the cakey apperance. This is a very large recipe and is great for tweaking. Step 1: Color Base 35g Yellow Oxide 5g Brown Oxide 10g Red Oxide 1/2T Green Oxice 1/2t. Blue Oxide Blend in a food processor a minimum of 10 minutes Step 2: Adhesion Base 90g Sericite Mica 40g Titanium Dioxide 20g Zinc Oxide 10g Rice Powder or Sericite Mica 10g Ultra Silk Mica 5g Kaolin clay Blend for 10 minutes Step 3: Blend Together Mix about 10g-15g of your Foundation Adhesion Blend with about 1g of your Base Color Blend. Blend in your small food chopper for 5 minutes. Stop the blending and give it a manual stir, to get the stuff up from the bottom. Test the color. If it's too dark add more base, if it's too light add more color. Always add in small increments. Blend for another 5 minutes. This will make about 1 very large Full Size jar of foundation. Here is a recipe to get you started on a very small scale. Light-Medium Color 1/3 tsp. Titanium Dioxide 1/3 tsp. Zinc Oxide 1/3 tsp. Sericite Mica 1/3 tsp. Boron 1/2 tsp. Chamomile Matte Mica 1/8 tsp. Chestnut Brown Mica

1/16 tsp. Red Oxide #150 1/32 tsp. Brown Oxide 3 tsp. White Mica Blend for 5-10 minutes. The longer you blend the smaller the particles which can reduce any extra shimmer you are not looking for.

Irish Girl Blusher & All Over Face Color This color is extremely warm in undertone and is great for redheads. 1 T Magnesium Stearate 1 T Kaolin Clay 1/2 T Zinc Oxide 1/2 T Sericite Mica 1/2 T Rice Powder 1/2 T Satin Pearl Mica (optional) 1 t. Red Iron Oxide (use the blue undertone if you have cool skin) 1 t. Gold Mica 1/2 t. Brown Iron Oxide Blend for 5 minutes

Bronzer

Light Bronzer 1 part Sparkle Gold Mica 2 parts of your Foundation Medium Bronzer 6 grams Plain White Mica

1 gram Oriental Beige Mica

Dark Bronzer 4 grams Translucent Mica 6 grams Yellow Oxide 1 grams Brown Oxide .60 grams Red Oxide 170 .25 grams Green Oxide .10 grams Black Oxide Blend each recipe for 5-10 minutes.
