The main problem of Lumière is related to poor management of information and
resources. That caused the company to think about many options to solve this problem
that include:
- To align its business continuity with its declared mission statement.
- To optimize the retention process related to customer and talented employees that
seek work-life balance.
- To decrease staffing costs and leverage the services provided to the clients and
employees as well.
- To empower IT as a solution enabler for the business (currently IT is not core to
the business as mentioned by CIO)
- To create online content management system (CMS) to provide secured access to
the company’s repository for the clients and employees.
