The Early Language Literacy and Numeracy (ELLN) Program Support Fund for 2021
will be downloaded to three (3) identified schools division offices amounting to
72,720.00 to cover expenses for the conversion of Primer Lesson for Grade 1 (Ibanag
and Ivatan) with reference to SARO Order No. OSEC 2-21-2863.

In this connection, this office would like to request for the downloading of funds to the
following recipient divisions to wit:

downloaded to every schools division offices amounting to 570,000 for the conduct of
online regionwide/division-wide training of untrained ELLN implementers with
reference to DepED Order No. 173, s. 2019 and Memorandum OUCI-2021-00096.

In this connection, this office would like to request for the downloading of funds to the

 GUIDELINES IN THE UTILIZATION OF THE PROGRAM SUPPORT FUND
FOR THE CONVERSION OF PRIMER LESSON FOR GRADE 1

1. The Support Fund shall be used to cover expenses relative to the conversion
activity which include but not limited to the following items of expenditures:
a. Supplies and materials
b. Communication/load/internet of P50/day for the online synchronous
meeting/coordination; and
c. Other related miscellaneous and/or contingency expenses of the
management team from the region/division/school and the development per
language.
