A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. JANE G. MACALES AS THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY, LIBJO, DINAGAT
ISLANDS.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all
the SK Members from among the members of the KK.

WHEREAS, Ms. Jane G. Macales possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Vergilyn M. Rojas and duly seconded by all SK
Councilor present be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Ms. Jane G. Macales of

Barangay Magsaysay, Libjo, Dinagat Islands until the end of the term of the appointing authority
unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Jane G. Macales for her
file, copy furnish the DILG City/Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local
Youth Development Office of Libjo, Dinagat Islands, for their information and record.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 6TH day of August 2018, by all Sangguniang Kabataan Officials
present during the first regular monthly session.
