BACKGROUND
In line with the Government’s effort to assist unemployed graduates to gain employment
through the Graduate Employability Programme (GEP), this Certificate in Executive
Development is developed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills expected of an
executive in a company.

It is intended that this training programme would enhance the graduates’ knowledge and
skills as well as increase their employability.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMME


• To enhance graduates’ employability by equipping them with competency of an
executive.

• To raise the level of self-confidence, communication and analytical skills of the


trainees.

TRAINING PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION


The training programme consists of 10 modules targeted for all unemployed graduates,
preparing them for employment. The training programme focuses on developing relevant
skills of an executive working in an organisation.

Upon successful completion of the training programme, trainees will receive a Certificate of
Achievement from Training Providers approved by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia
Berhad.

DURATION
Total duration of the training programme is 2 months off-the-job and 2 months on-the-job.
TARGET GROUP
This Certificate In Executive Development training programme is designed for graduates
from any field of studies.

2. The government will arrange to train them in specific employability skills
3. The government will pay them an allowance during their training period and their
period of attachment with you

understand each other
5. You may choose to include specific assessments of candidates and or pass on
