2 Overview of the Current State of Technology

Today, the establishment has two means in assisting their customers with their

accommodation needs. First, when the customer personally visits the establishment and asks for

the latter’s services the staff then gives the Registration Form if the customer checks-in. If a

customer wants to reserve a room, he/she is obliged to pay 50% of the room’s full rate. Fifty

percent down payment is required for every reservation. Customers who make reservations are

asked for confirmation 3-5 days before the day of checking-in.

Second, when the customer calls the establishment and asks for information regarding

reservations, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the full payment by sending money through

an accredited bank. The guest is reserved upon confirmation otherwise, no reservation is made.
