Topic: Review on Management Class

In the management class of 2019, we mainly focus on 4
basic principles of Management. These are
1)Planning
2)Organizing
3)Leading
4) Controlling
In our daily life, we found these terms very useful.
First of all,
 Planning: Planning is the 1st step which initiate
any process. For instance, if we want to start our
new business, we’ve to make some ideas and
some plans to accomplish our goals.
“If we fail to plan that means we plan to
fail”

Organizing: After initiating our business, we

organize our work. We arrange our work to
accomplish our set goals.

Leading: In our business, we’ve to lead from

front. We guide our staff members how to be effective
and how to make your business successful among all
competitive companies. We motivate our workers to gain
maximum result from them.

Controlling: It is a type of inspection in which

we regularly check and compare our work
experience. If we find any disturbance in results,
we take some action on that and manage them.
HRM;
Other terms including Human Resource Management
and Management Theories, Management plays an
important role in a Business man’s life. HRM controls all
the resources of workers.

Role Of Management;
Management tells us
about how to manage things. By the use of it, we
can save much of our time and also if we are on the
right way to do our work, we can do without any
extra burden.
Four basic principles of management increase the
efficiency of managers. Managers can achieve
higher ranks and achievements by implementing
these principles in their work.
Management in our daily Life;
All things we
do in our daily life may be time and power
consuming but by the use of management, we can
make them easier and also time saving. By use of it,
first we make plans and strategies for our work,then
we take control of that until we get our work done
completely.
