Course Title Electronic Circuit Design Laboratory

Course Code EE-209L
Credit Hours 1
Lab Engineer: Sharoze Sohail Email: sharozesohail@gmail.com

Prerequisite: Electric Circuit Analysis & Analog Electronics

Text Book:
Microelectronic Circuits by Sedra Smith (5th edition)
Reference Material:
 Electronic Principles by Albert Malvino and David Bates (8th Edition), 2015

Lab Description
The lab covers the design and analysis of the electronics based components and circuits. The topics such
as Mosfet Invertor, Common Emitter amplifier, Common Collector amplifier, Common Base amplifier,
Current Mirror, Widlar Current Source, Wilson Current Mirror, Differential Amplifier, Multistage
Amplifier, Class A Output Stage, Class B Output Stage and Class AB Output Stage will be studied and
implemented. All above mentioned circuits will be implemented on Proteus as well as hands on
implementation of these on Trainer.
Course Learning Outcomes. (CLOs)
 CLO1 (P3): Efficiently dividing the responsibilities in group work while maintaining ethical
standards for contribution towards professional society building.
 CLO2 (C3): Proposing the solutions for engineering problems keeping sustainability and
environment as key design parameters.
 CLO3 (A3): Practice professional ethics in group work and project implementation.
