PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Business Manager Tarlai (Acting Charge) Feb 2021 --- Till Date
Currently working as BM Tarlai for a couple of months and trying my abilities over whole new
challenges.
Major Responsibilities:
1. GPON FTTH Installation & Planning
Design OSP Fiber Access networks Site Survey by determining FDH Size, No: of
Splitter, FOC Size, FAT Closure, Splices & FTBx.
Design Civil Distribution Network for FTTH Solution Manholes, Hand holes,
NAP (Network Access Point) Location, Distribution network paths, drop location
Supervising, Monitoring and Quality Check on Vendor HLD, LLD Design in
GPON Deployment.
Testing/PAT of newly commissioned FTTH enable GPON area.
Installation of new FTTH Connection from FAT/NAP till Customer Premises
GPON FTTH Faults Provision and rectification.
2. Maintenance of Outside Plant
Maintenance of Underground Cables as well as Aerial Cables
Renovation of Local Loop
Jointing of Aerial & Underground Cables
Testing of newly commissioned OSP Network
3. Fault Rectification and Complaints Handling
Surveying, testing, fault identifications, preparation of preventive estimate and
execution of work after sanction of preventive estimate as per BoQs.
Dealing with and resolving the Communication breakdowns.
Public dealings & addressing all types of public complaints.
4. Ensuring of Completion of Sales & Revenue targets
Meeting Sales targets & NTC targets of PSTN as well as Broadband/IPT.
Increasing ARPU (Avg. Revenue Per User) by providing faultless & smooth
services to valued customers.
Monitoring recovery from defaulter through TRI (Telephone Revenue Inspector).
5. Dealing with Staff & Building Affairs
Liaising with SE Exchange building and controlling exchanges administratively &
Co-coordination with Regional/Zonal offices.
Handling all official matter of subordinate staff (e.g. leaves, incentives, showcase
etc.)
Any other in-door or out-door specific job assigned by Manager and Senior
Manager.
