This will authorize your company YDH REALTY SERVICES INC. Represented by Rosendo A. Neri/ Danica B. Rafols to

6. Commission: Five Percent ( 5% ) of the contract price shall be for the account of the seller and shall be released
upon the signing of contract to sell or deed of sale.
7. Advertisement: The brokers and salespersons under YDH Realty Services Inc are allowed to execute paid and
non paid advertisement publishing the pictures and details of my property in internet market places, social
media platforms and other form of advertisement. Further, YDH Realty Inc representative is allowed to perform
due diligence of the property upon the request of a potential buyer and with my written consent.

9. Remarks:
A. That notwithstanding the termination of this Authority, you shall still be entitled to your commission in the
event your buyer(s) who you have registered with us through any mode of communication purchases the
above described property.
B. It is also understood that the term of this Authority is a non-exclusive, first come, first served basis.
C. Should the sale be made or affected on modified terms or such other terms as maybe accepted by us, you
are likewise credited for the sale and shall be given the above mentioned professional fee based on the
revised and agreed price.
