In my own interpretation, the song has a theme of grief,

loneliness, and fear. It is about a relationship that is about
to fall apart. They are in the stage of letting go of each
other and ending what they had. Unfortunately, it is not a
mutual decision as the Point of View of the song is about
someone who tries to ask for a another chance. In the line
"So, before you, go was there something that I could have
said to make it all stop hurting", it shows that he/she is
desperate to do anything for his/her other half before they
finally seperate. This is a tragic song abut someone who
hopes to fix things and save their relationship. The person
also tries his/her best and did different ways to move on
but still could not.

This song has been my favorite worship song for

months now. It is about the pouring love of God for us.
That it is a flood and we are stuck in the current. The
music video is really great and moving whenever me
and my family sing and watch this during our bible
study nights. It shows the beauty of nature and the sea.
The strong waves and flowing water in the ocean. It adds
to the message of the song on how we are immersed
and drowned in His love. The video also shows
'underwater' effects whenever the lyrics "Into the deep I
will go with you" plays. The videos and clips in the music
video plays a big role in making the song comforting
and annointing. The visuals represent the lyrics well.
