3. The average income of both the parents (i.e. Father and Mother) for the Financial Year
2018-19, 2019 – 20 and 2020 - 21 is Rs. ____________ from all the sources (Services,
Agriculture, Interest, Rent, etc.) 

4. I have paid my first-year fees of the PGDM (RM) 2021 - 23 through Bank Loan from
Name and address of the Bank. My Loan Account Number is: ____________________

5. I understand that as I have taken an education loan from bank for study PGDM (RM) 42 (2021 -
23) at IRMA, if I am selected for TFW, IRMA will deposit / transfer the amount of the TFW
directly into my loan account.

6. I understand that if I am selected for TFW, and I fail during the course and I am asked to
leave the course, or I leave the course for any personal reason, the money received
towards the TFW must be refunded back to IRMA before leaving Institute.

7. I understand that if I am selected, and if I fail during the course and I am asked to repeat
the course with the next batch, I will not be eligible for the TFW scheme.

8. If I will receive Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW), I will not change Institutes / course under any
circumstance.

9. I declare that, I do not receive any scholarship or financial assistance for my PGDM (RM) 42
(2021 - 23) studies at IRMA and, if I am chosen for TFW, I will not apply for any other
scholarship or financial assistance in the future for the same purpose. OR I have already applied
for the _____________scholarship / financial assistance. The result is yet not declared. I
understand that I must accept the scholarship / financial assistance / TFW which will be
announced first and withdraw my application from other scholarship / financial assistance / TFW
and I have to send an email to Mr. Janak R. Brahmbhatt on eoc@irma.ac.in about the same and I
will not apply for any other scholarship or financial assistance in future for the same purpose.

10. I understand that members of the EOC will determine any further process for selecting
Participants for TFW if needed.

11. At any time, decisions made by the Equal Opportunity Committee (EOC) will be considered final
and will be binding to me.

12. I understand that my application for the TFW will be rejected if any of the above-
mentioned information is found to be incorrect.
