Profile

A results-driven Senior Manager with significant experience of setting up and running Programmes, Projects
and PMOsfor large and small UK & Global businesses.Budget control ranging from £100k to over £35 million.
Comprehensive Business & IT experience within diverse Companies, including Investment Banking, Wealth
Management (Life & Pensions, Annuities, Equities & Bonds, Underwriting), London Market (Lloyd’s of
London). Includes interaction with Regulatory bodies on key initiatives (KYC, MiFiD, Solvency2, Gender
Directive, GDPR).
Mainframe migration experience having moved systems from mainframe-to-mainframe and from mainframe-
to-client-server and cloud (IBM to Oracle, IBM to Azure).
Global implementation experience across Multi-sites in the UK, USA/Canada, Europe (Germany, France,
Spain, Holland, Portugal, Czech Republic), Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, India), Australia, Bermuda & Africa.
Extensive management experience with teams ranging in size from 5 to 200 people on programmes
including software development, package implementation and business transformation.
Excellent planning skills and experience of planning very large projects (ship refits). Conversant with all
major planning tools. Highly experienced in areas such as PERT, CPM and Earned Value Analysis.
Lifecycle Transition Consultancy. Experienced in the move from Waterfall to Agile project management.
Helping companies determine how to make the transition to Agile and assisting Senior Management
understand the integration of Agile projects into their Programme/PMO Portfolio and provision of meaningful

 Transition management of a shared service in Singapore (LISS) including Regulatory compliance.
 Migration of a Shared Service from a large integrator to the Xchanging internal estate providing a global
service to Lloyd’s of London Brokers. Budget £1 million.
 Reporting to Xchanging CEO, CTO and COO. Also reporting to key Stakeholder groups.
