    Greetings of peace in the name of the Lord!

    The undersigned would like to extend her biggest thanks and appreciation for the support given during
    her pregnancy and for letting her take a leave to rest and recuperate due to miscarriage last June 21
    2021 to August 19, 2021. In this regard she also extends her intent to be reinstated to work effective
    today, August 20, 2021.

    May the Lord continue to bless us through your outstanding leadership to us all. As a reflection, the
    undersigned promises to give her best as one of the Illustrators/Animators assigned to DepEd Central
