1. Write an essay explaining your risk stratification and the exercise intensity
that fits your classification.

As a healthy person I can say that all of my medical records are reflecting
my healthy lifestyles and daily activities. And that would clearly state that I am
applicable in doing or performing different physical exercises at any intensity levels.

2. Record your baseline anthropometric measurements that include:


a. Weight in kilogram
50kg
b. Height in meter
1.52 m
c. Body mass index = weight in kg divided by the square of the height in
meter
21.4
d. Waist circumference in centimeter
20cm

3. Make an exercise prescription using the FITT format for both


cardiovascular conditioning and strengthening. The format is found
at the end of this module.

FITT cardiovascular conditioning:

F: 3-5 times a week

I: 143-146 BPM
30 seconds rest
1-2 reps

T: 20-60 minutes
T: Rhythmic exercise
Yoga
Running
Stretching

FITT for strengthening:

F: 3-6 times a week

I: 20-55% of one rep maximum


1-3 sets of 11 reps

T: 30-60 minutes

T: Resistance training, yoga, Pilates, cycling,


lifting weights
