1. Install Hilti and Cast Again According to Design Drawing

A. Concrete Column After Casting

Step 1: Drilling Existing

Carry out a strike on the existing concrete surface. The weighting is done on the side to which reinforcement will be added. This is to know the position of
the existing reinforcement so that when drilling does not hit the reinforcement.

Step 2: Drilling The Hole

After this, drilling is carried out with a Hammer Drill on the footing foundation at the position and depth specified in standard drawing. Then do the
cleaning of the drilled holes with the help of an air compressor.

Step 3: Bending of Existing Rebar

In the existing outer side, the bending has been determined in the drawing.

Step 4: Determining The Center Line

Checking out the column center line and rebar position before installing new main rebar.

Step 5: Inject Hilti

After that, inject Chemical Hilti material into the drill hole until 2/3 of the hole is filled, Install cuttings/anchor reinforcement with the size according
to the drawing maximum 12 minutes after injecting Chemical Hilti material.

Step 6: Hilti Hit-RE 500 V3 Epoxy Adhesive Anchoring System

The new hilti hit re 500 v3 adhesive retaining system is an injectable two-component epoxy adhesive. The two components are kept separate using
a double cylinder foil package mounted on the manifold.

The two components combine and react when routed through the static mixing nozzle mounted on the manifold.

Step 8: Casting Concrete Again

Vibrator shall be inserted in a manner to ensure that the concrete
density is well.

Step 7: Bonding Agent Aplication

Apply bonding agent Estobond E80 prior to casting concrete column again.
