open, partially open, and closed options for their schools. This policy was taken because it was
adjusted to the conditions of the country, because not necessarily every country could implement
the same policy to implement face-to-face school policies again. There are also some countries that
still use online learning systems because of situations and conditions that make it impossible to re-
implement face-to-face schools. First, I will explain why the country is fully open to school because
the country is a safe zone from covid 19 and maybe the citizens of this country have already received

countries some of the regions have included a safe zone from Covid 19 and some are not yet a safe
zone. Areas that are included in the safe zone for covid-19 are allowed to reopen face-to-face
schools by implementing health protocols, while areas that are not yet included in the safe zone
have not been allowed to return to school face-to-face and are still implementing online learning.

Third, some countries have taken a policy to close the option for their schools because these
countries have not entered the covid-19 safe zone for schools and also perhaps in some of these
countries a vaccine for this disease has not been found. As schools cannot be reopened until they
enter the safe zone, face-to-face learning cannot take place and thus takes this pathway for online
learning.

So it can be concluded that several countries have adopted policies to fully open, partially open, and
closed options for their schools in accordance with the conditions and conditions of countries
affected by Covid-19, whether they are included in a safe zone to attend school or not. It is
according to the policy in each country to be allowed face-to-face schools or still establish an online
