This has reference to your letter dated April 5, 2021, requesting a Work-From-
Home (WFH) Arrangement due to pregnancy. Please be informed that under DepEd
Task Force COVID-19 Memorandum No. 328, s. 2021 entitled “REITERATING
THE PROTOCOLS FOR AREAS UNDER GCQ AND MGCQ”, pregnant women shall
be required to remain in their residences at all times, except when their services
rendered physically in the school are indispensable or when office work is already
permitted.

Anent this, the Office allows you to be placed under WFH arrangement but when
your services are needed physically in the school, you are enjoined to report on-
site. Also, you shall make yourself available and accessible during working hours
