Describe how data communication occurred:

Data communication refers to the exchange of data between a source and

a receiver via form of transmission media such as a wire cable. ... Data
communication aims at the transfer of data and maintenance of the data during
the process but not the actual generation of the information at the source and
receiver. For data communications to occur, the communicating devices must be
part of a communication system made of a combination of hardware and
software. The effectiveness of a data communication system depends on four
fundamental characteristics:- delivery, accuracy, timeliness or quality and jitter.
Then “data flow” the data will flow in three ways either simplex, half duplex, full
duplex. The data will be transferred to other device via signals and there are two
types of signals “analog signal, digital signal”. And there’s the transmission
media means of directing the signals to the ultimate destination of so-called
data.
