Objectiv of the report:

Firstly, I wanted to take interview of customers and sellers both to get the complete overview of
the situation. However, as per company policy taking sellers interview was not possible. So, I
have conducted a survey on customers and have taken interview of employees who are the
contact point of sellers to understand or has the feedback of sellers. Also, to understand better
how the internal employees think about the progress points or the lacking of the company. In
short, my objective is to identify the problems on which super shops should work to make the e-
commerce experience better for their customers.
The main objective of the research is to find out the comprehensive information from the super
shop customers in terms of their attitude, behavior, choice, and different filling including the
external and internal feelings when they purchase their grocery items from the super shops. In
addition, we have some others mottos that we have tried to find out when we collect the data
from the super shop customers which include- the customers demographic profile, there
preferences, product range of the super shop, purchasing frequency, internal and some external
facilities that influence a customer to purchase more from super shop, customer expectation
regarding the super shop service, and the impact of various promotional offers on customers.

Introduction:
This is a comprehensive research on the super shop of Bangladesh where we have tried to find
out the customers overall view, attitude and their behavior towards the super shop. Besides, we
have tried to implement our knowledge that we have learned so far from this course to find out
some inner question answers from the actual customers of super shop that help us a great deal to
come up with some key findings as well as recommendations. This findings and
recommendations that we have given after a comprehensive research that will help us and
especially the super shops of Bangladesh to know that what kind of services they are providing
their customers, what should they do to satisfy their customers, and how they will implement
these activities to satisfy their customers which will help to boost up their business.

The novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has impacted the daily life of many people.
In an attempt to limit the spread of COVID-19, individuals have changed how and how
much they produce and consume. Super shop is the easy solution for busy life in today’s
world. In the past decade, there had been a massive change in the way of customer’s
shopping. Despite consumers’ continuation to buy from a different place, the users or
buyers feel very convenient to buy from super shops. Super shops saves crucial time for
modern people because they get so busy that they cannot or unwilling to spend much
time shopping. In the twenty-first century, trade and commerce have been so diversified
that multichannel has taken place and super shops has increased significantly throughout
the world.

Literature Review

Objective of the Study

The broad objective of the report is to analysis the factors that online grocery products shopping
effectiveness during corona pandemic in Dhaka city.

Specific Objectives are:


 To understand the current platform of super shop grocery shopping in during
corona pandemic in Dhaka city.
 To identify and describing the main opportunities of super shop grocery shopping
in during corona pandemic in Dhaka city.
 To explore the consumer perception towards super shop grocery shopping in
during corona pandemic in Dhaka city.
 To find out the customers experience of super shop grocery shopping.

 To find out the problems facing by customers while doing purchase from super shop
MATHOD OF COLLECTING THE DATA

Primary data:

We have collected the primary data from the field survey using the questionnaire from those
people who go to the supermarket for their grocery shopping.

Secondary data:

We also collect the secondary data for the assistance of our research work. Besides, for
collecting the secondary data we use our book which is provided by our faculty.

Research Methodology

Research Design: Considering this report, exploratory research approach has been
chosen for the research, because exploratory research approach can easily serve almost
all the online activities.

Research objectives: Sources of Data Collection Both primary and secondary sources of
data has been chosen as effectiveness of collecting data relevant for this report.

Research Technique: The main data collection method is online Questionnaires. The
data was later transformed over into rate to easy examination. Furthermore, the area in
Dhaka city that comprises of customers. The alternatives are given to respondents to
show the rate at which they agree or disagree regarding the construction of the model.
The collected data has been analyzed through online platforms.
