Job Description – Loan Specialist

➢ We operate as a digital lending platform that facilitates working capital financing for entrepreneurs
and small businesses in India through our network of affiliated lending partners. We have
developed a technology platform powered by machine learning algorithms which use big data to
help its affiliate lenders evaluate borrower’s credit worthiness. We aim to make working capital
finance available at the fingertips of entrepreneurs, so that they can focus on business instead of
worrying about the gaps in their cash-flows. Customers can apply for a loan using the web or
mobile applications at their convenience and receive their sanctioned loans in as less as 1-3 days
anywhere in the country.

Responsibility

➢ Develop and oversee loan disbursements, documents and reports along with obtain credit and
financial information as required
➢ Prepare closing, develop closure instructions, supervise contingencies and verify lock information
➢ Collect credit and varied documents from customer as well as third parties required to support
decision of loan approval
➢ Head responsibility for loan processing
➢ Ensure loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies
➢ Review title binder along with closure documents for correctness
➢ Prepare and present note along with preliminary closure documents to respective warehouse
➢ Transfer loan files to further teams for analysis
➢ Present any problem largely affecting decision to Unit Supervisor
➢ Process, close, present, service and record loan related notes and disbursements etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

➢ Capable of handling minimum 200 calls a day


➢ Target Oriented & customer centric attitude
➢ Customer negotiation/convincing skills
➢ Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
➢ Capable of system handling and regular data management
➢ Capable of decision making basis customer eligibility criteria (lead filtration)
➢ Handling call escalations
