activity with the Project Titled “ Love God, Love Nature Plant a Tree” on August 2021 at
Bahay, Pasacao, Camarines Sur in response to the Youth for Environment Organization (YES-
O) activity with the aim to help replenish the dying population in accordance to the National
Greening Program, to impart parents, students and Teachers with skills and knowledge of a
tree growing, and to impact values and interaction with others as they learn to have fun in
the activity.
In connection with this may we request from your good office a 75 tree seedlings to
be used in the said activity.

Generating Project for the School with the Titled “Pond for Fish, Fish for Fund: An Income
Generating Project of Youth for Environment Organization (YES-O) ” with the aim to
Eliminate health hazards (i.e. smelly water and vector breeding site) to improve attendance,
focus, and performance of students, improve finances through self-sustaining income/fund
generating project to support/improve school projects and/or programs, provide “ready
food” basket source of protein for school and community stakeholders to improve their
health status and establish a community of practice (COP) to set an example for other
institutions and stakeholders to follow.
In connection with this may we request from your good office a Tilapia fingerlings for
the pond with an area 5 x 12 square meter.

adopted such as 19 years of age will physically report 6 days and 4 days work from
home while 18 years of age and below will have 2 days physical reporting and 8

of our students will be enriched during their actual experience in your company. Our
Immersion students is bound to comply with the requirements in your establishment

c. it aims to help members further develop clear and effective communication
skills,
d. identify the differences between sex and gender,
e. identify the surrounding where men and women experience gender
discrimination inside the school institution,

Program as mandated in the deped no. 30 series 2018.

This Work immersion is one of the basic requirements for graduation in the Senior
High School which aims to help the students gain relevant information and practical
application on the principles and theories learned in school, enhance their
knowledge and technical know-how ,enrich their interpersonal skills through
communication and human interaction, developed good work habits, attitudes,
appreciation and respect towards work by providing them the opportunity to work in
industry or company under the supervision of industry experts and workers.

In connection with this, may we request your company to be our partner for our
students who will undergo (80) hours work immersion under the supervision and
capability of your skilled personnel. We believe that the knowledge and skills and
competencies of our students will be enriched during their actual experience in your
company. Our school is bound to comply with the requirements in your
establishment as stated in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and other
pertinent documents that you would like us to comply. We will closely monitor our
students to assure that they will abide with the policies, rules and regulations
particularly in handling tools, facilities and equipment’s.
