TITLE : Balingasagnon Linggo ng Kabataan 2018

RATIONALE

- Section 30 of Republic Act No. 10742 of the Sangguniang Kabataan

Reform Act of 2015 mandates the observance of the Linggo ng
Kabataan in every Barangay, Municipality, City and Province on the
week where the 12th of August falls to coincide with the
International Youth Day.

OBJECTIVES

1. To create an avenue to all the Youth to enhance their skills and

talents.
2. To help empowering Youth through team building, festivals and
arts, education awareness and sports development.
3. To encourage Youth in naion building.
4. To educate Youth about the adverse effect of illegal drugs, early
teenage pregnancy and other malady cause by vices.

STIPULATED EXPENSES:

TRAVEL EXPENSES (80 X 20.00) : Php 1,600.00

MORNING SNACKS (80 pax X 30.00) : Php 2, 400.00

AFTERNOON SNACKS (8O pax X 30.00) : Php 2, 400.00

LUNCH (8O pax X 50.00) : Php 4, 000.00

BANNER PRINTING : Php 300.00

GOWN/SUIT AND MAKE UP

(for search Ambassador) : Php 3,500.00

PHOTO PRINTING (5R) : Php 60.00

PROPS YELL COMPETITION : Php 1,000.00

GRAND TOTAL : Php 15,260.00

 Total funds for the weeklong Balingsagnon Lingo ng Kabataan celebration is
amounting Php 14,260.00 chargeable against the Sanguniang Kabataan Fund of
the Barangay Captain.

EFFECTIVITY:
The weeklong celebration will begin on August 6,2018 and will end on August
8, 2018.
