Main Tasks of IDC POS Coordinators
1. Assess the gap of products demand & supply in the territory of the POS
assigned. Work to fill the identified gap.
2. Recruit new Distributors, sub distributors & Retailers in each service we
give. (VC, Yimulu, SIM (ecaf), and EVD)
3. Meet their BSC target in all dimensions. (per products sale, customer
base, ….
4. Give support for all channel members (Distr, sub & Retailers)
5. Control violations (price violation-under & over price, territory violation)
6. Reporting. Send all types of expected reports with time frame, clarity by
using right tools (tools like prepared report formats with reporting
systems & emails)
7. Making different market analysis to give/propose permanent solutions for
specific & highly impacted challenges, and to propose ways to boost our
Sales by keeping the advantage for our customers,
How Recruit new eCAF Retailers’
- Find retailers who want to sale SIM cards/receive requests from who they want to sale sim
(currently monthly SIM target is small & most distributors not want to have additional)
- Communicate distributors who want to engage new ecaf retailers.
- Forward to the distributors to sign ecaf agreement & to send their ‘’new ecaf account creation
request’’ with letter to us.
(To be an ecaf retailers the retailers must have TIN No, Trade Registration, Trade License &
their own Android device).
- Send all the scan document & the signed ecaf agreement scan (outstations) to sales admin
supervisor for new ecaf account creation.
- Sales admin supervisor prepare ‘’Access Restriction Form’’ signed by IDC Mngr for sending
account creation team.
- Account creation team send confirmation for z new Creation of requested new ecaf account.
- Sales admin supervisor forward the new created account information for Distributor & for the
requested POS Coordinator.
