PROGRAM COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSONS FOR BIENNIUM TERM 2021-2023

Greetings in Christ!
This is to inform you that during the 1 st National Board Meeting held via Zoom teleconference
last June 3, 2021, the assignments for Area of Supervision and the different Program Committee were
given and accepted by the National Board Members.
The new set of Area Supervisors for Archdioceses, Dioceses, Apostolic Vicariates and Military
Ordinariate for the Biennium 2021-2023 are grouped into seven clusters, as listed in the attached Table 1.
The Chair and Co-Chair persons for the different committees and other assignments are provided in the
attached Table 2.
Your present National Board Members wish to work more closely with the corresponding
counter parts at the diocesan level for better coordination and monitoring of programs and projects.
In this regard, as we prepare for the cluster planning workshops, please submit an updated
new set of Diocesan Officers and Program Committee Chairpersons especially on the following
programs:
(1) Holiness
(2) Outreach
a. Environment
(3) Pastoral Involvement
(4) Empowerment
a. Livelihood
(5) Family, Women, Youth and Life
(6) Junior CWL
(7) Membership
Your immediate response on our request shall be highly appreciated and will help us plan our
activities well during the cluster planning workshops to be scheduled for the months of July, August and
1st half month of September 2021.
