2 Night Shimla - 3 Night Manali

Day 01: Chandigarh- Shimla (270 Kms- 5 Hrs)

On arrival at the Airport or railway station (on your own), you will be received by Ajay Modi Travels Pvt. Ltd. representative /
driver. Once you board your vehicle, you will drive to Shimla. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 02: Shimla-Kufri-Shimla

After breakfast explore Shimla City .Visit Jakhu temple and Kufri. Kufri situated at an altitude of 2500 meters just an hour's
drive from Shimla. In the evening visit Ridge & Mall Road, Scandal Point, Kali Bari, Gaiety Theatre. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 03: Shimla -Manali- Via Kullu Valley.

After breakfast you will proceed by road to Manali (274 km / 7hrs). On the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh
Dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu and overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day 04: Manali-Rohtang Pass at your Own

After Breakfast proceed towards Rohtang snow point 51 km from Manali (on your own) located on altitude of 3978 meters and
on the way back from snow point visit Solang Valley and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 05: Manali Local

After breakfast visit "Hadimba Temple". It was built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof; it is famous for its
exquisitely carved doorway. The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium,
billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day. Also visit Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar,
and Vashisth hot springs. Overnight stay at Manali.

Day 06: Manali-Chandigarh Drop (380 Km 9Hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from hotel. Drive to Delhi and Drop at Railway station/Airport to catch onwards train/flight.

· T-Permit Vehicle Innova and Tavera will be 6/7 Seater Only
· Facilities like heater in room in Himachal Pradesh will be chargeable as per Hotel policy. Some of the
hotels are offering free of cost also but we are not guarantee for any such services without prior
intimation to us.
· AC & Music System in Vehicle will not be operated when we are on the hilly area.
· Due to union issue we are not able to provide pickup from Kalka Railway Station/Shimla Railway Station
or Airport / Bhunter Airport /Jammu Airport. At these places we have to arrange vehicle from union
transporter only so it will cost you extra.
· In Nature call condition (Like : Snow Falls, Land slide ), No refund done from Hotel and Vehicle.
· Rohtang Pass is closed every Tuesday for General Tourist
· Entry Fee and Adventure activities not include in this package.
· If Anycase ( Like,. Snowfall or Any other Reason ) Sightseeing not done.So Refund will be not possible.
· If Khajjar is Close or Any union issues, So client need to pay extra amount for khajjiar sightseeing via
Chamba.
· Vehicle at your disposal as per the Itinerary.
· Vehicle at Disposable from Point to Point as per Itinerary. Driver allowance will be Applicable extra for
Additional Sightseeing of the vehicle and Guest has to Pay Driver Allowance directly to Driver only. Any
Additional Sightseeing will be charged Extra.

Tour Booking
For this tour, the booking will have to pay Rs.5000 (non-refundable) per person as well as the full amount for air
tickets. It is advisable to book on time to get cheap air tickets. Afterwards one will have to get an online ticket. The
difference will have to be paid by the tourists. It is mandatory to submit the final payment 30 days before the trip.
Otherwise that tourist’s name, hotel and other arrangements will be cancelled on the understanding that he will
not join the tour and will not get a refund of the already paid amount.

Tour Cancellation
The tour will be cancelled only after receiving a written request for tour cancellation from the person booking the
tour. As the group ticket of the aircraft is non-refundable, it is not cancelled and so it will not be refunded. There
will be no refund of the tour booking amount if the tour has to be cancelled due to any circumstances of the
traveler, and except for that, the remaining amount credit note valid for up to 1 year will be given so that after
some time the traveler can join us on another tour. After 1 year, the credit note will be automatically cancelled
and traveler will not get any kind of refund. In any case, if the flight is cancelled or rescheduled, the passenger will
be solely responsible for its cancellation as well as its re-reservation.
In addition, Rs 2,000 per 1 ticket will be deducted 60 days before the date of departure, Rs 4,000 per 1 ticket will
be deducted 30 days before the date of departure and those who book within 30 days will not get any refund and
the rest will be credited in the form of credit notes.

Special Note
We also book hotel bookings, vehicle bookings, kitchen staff and tour managers in advance to ensure that
their family gets good and timely facilities when booking a tour, but in case of any natural or man-made
accident, unusual and difficult situations such as floods, earthquakes, cloudbursts, landslides, political
instability, shutdowns, strikes, storms, terrorist attacks, train or flight reschedule or cancellation or illness,
death of a relative or an emerging pandemic like Corona which in general, we call as “ACT OF GOD”, if the
tour is cancelled or has to be cancelled, we also do not get refund of the amount paid in advance as well
as advertisement and office expenses. In case of cancellation, a one-year validity credit note of amount
paid by traveler will be given and under no circumstances will cash or cheque be refunded. Through this
credit note the traveler can join any of our other trips
