    Job Descriptions 1: Internship opportunity for debt syndication and investment


    banking.
    • Preparing and reviewing information memorandums and financial models
    • Preparing proposals and working on backend research.
    • Conducting due diligence of the proposals, negotiations and finalisation of term sheets.
    • Maintaining/developing relationship with lenders for loan requirements
    • Arranging business development meetings with prospective lenders and clients

    The JD-2 is as mentioned below for Real Estate lending

    • Working on live deals and assisting in preparation of collaterals / financial model


    • Part of deal negotiations with internal and external legal counsel and closure of the transaction
    • Preparation of industry / sectors research reports based on primary / secondary research
    • Preparation of Company Analysis reports for the target sectors
    • Assisting in preparation of Quarterly Review reports for the existing clients
    • Analysis of underlying target companies from an investment perspective

    Note : Both profiles will be for work from home & stipend will be Rs. 5000/- per month
