V. Recommendation for Jiwon Ahn

● Mr. Jiwon showed no sign of any personality and behavior disturbance. He’s
straight and direct in every answer, however he seems to be careful in every
word that he uses. The possible cause of his indecisiveness might be he cares
about the other person's perspective and doesn't want to make any clash of
ideas.
● His result in verbal reasoning could also be a factor regarding his indecisiveness.
Low verbal reasoning has a difficulty in understanding, reasoning and
communication through oral form. To pass through this, Mr. Jiwon can take time
in making decisions. Feel and analyze what kind of result he desires. Do not let
others decide what to do. Most decisions are coming from him. He is the only
one who can make it happen.
● Low self-esteem is another reason for a person to be indecisive. Mr. Jiwon
should consider learning opportunities that allow him to work independently and
that provide a challenge. Try to face it, maybe the problem is not as bad as you
think. Try to solve it, if you can't handle it by yourself then let other people help
you.
