Pursuant to PRC Memorandum Order No. 68 (s. 2020), examinees are required to submit either 1) RT-PCR Test Results,
if falling under the groups stated in DOH Memorandum 2020-258A, or 2) Certificate of Quarantine issued by any of the
authorized officers under PRC Memorandum Order No. 68, attesting that the examinee had undergone 14-day quarantine
prior to the examination. Only those examinees with negative results shall be allowed to take the examination.
These requirements are mandatory and failure to present either of the two, the examinee shall not be allowed to take the
licensure examination.
In addition to the above, per PRC Memorandum Order No. 24 (s 2020), the following precautionary measures and
protocols shall be observed and implemented during the conduct of licensure examination such as, but not limited to:
- All examinees shall be required to bring and wear a protective face mask, face shield and alcohol-based sanitizers.
- All examinees shall not be allowed to go outside the examination room during break time and lunchtime. All are advised
to bring their own packed lunch and snacks to be placed under their seats and to be taken out only during break time.
