CAREER PROFILE

I am a M tech Graduate in Structural engineering and having excellent professional

experience in Structural Design, Structural drawing, Structural details, supervision and

Architectural drawing, Structural Design up to G+10 using ETABS and inspection of site works

assuring quality of works for high-rise residential and commercial projects. I have the capacity of

Monitor to the confidence to lead a team and the personality to pass on skills and experience to

junior staff. I am experienced in the preparation of daily works schedules, coordination with

sub-contractors for a smooth flow of works. Also I got a good exposure in Quantity Surveying

such as quantity take offs, evaluation of payment certificates, evaluation and preparation of

claims on variation orders and extension of time, etc… My experience includes coordinating

with architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and other specialized consultants for

finalizing site works related issues

Construction Technology Pvt.Ltd.in Bangalore from Jul 01 2011 to December 30
2011.

⮚ I Have worked as a Structural Draftsman. in Sakkara Associates. In Bangalore

from Jan 2012 to July 2014.

⮚ I Have worked as a Jr Structural Design Engineer. in Sakkara Associates. In

Bangalore from July 2014 to Oct 2015.

⮚ Currently I am working as a Design Engineer in Sands Group In Banglore Jan

2016 to Till

NATURE OF WORK:

1. Preparation and Alteration of Civil Engineering Drawing Using AUTO CAD 2010 & 2017.

2. Preparation of Model for the Drawing Using Software’s Bentley STAAD PRO and E-TABS.

3. Design and Detailing Of RCC Frame Structures According To Standards.

4. Preparation of Documents Using Ms Office.

INVOLVEMENTS:

● Preparing and fixing the column position for the given CAD drawing.
 ● Preparing the entire Model by Etabs and Analyzing the Structure.
● Calculating the Earthquake seismic zone loads and combining the loads according
to standards.
● Preparing the entire Model for the Apartment by related Software and Analyzing
the Structure.
● Design the Footing, column, Sump Tank, Plinth beam with SSM, 5floors beam,
slab, and staircase design (dog legged) with compound wall.
● Bar Bending Schedule in a format agreed with the consultant.
● To ensure accurate coordination of all services and disciplines in project drawing.
● To ensure that modifications of drawings are clearly identified in a subsequent
revision
● To keep up-to-date with development in any changes with related software
● To ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with specifications and carried
out as per the respective engineer’s instructions.
