Subject: Details of ROW obstructions (Link Roads at Olympia)

Dear Sir,

We refer the approved design for the link roads at Olympia Roundabout
namely Olympia – Bambis and Olympia – Israel Garage.

ROW of survey has been conducted following the design and attached with
this letter for your actions.

The ROW Problems can be summarized as follows

A. Olympia – Bambis

 7 Electric poles at the RHS Km 0+084 – km 0+221

 7 Electric poles at LHS of Km 0+058 – km 0+229

 10 Tele poles at LHS of km 0+049 – km 0+199

 Houses and Fences at the LHS & RHS of Km 0+099 – km

0+630

Most of the obstructions exist in the walkway.

B. Olympia – Israel Garage

 Houses and Fences at the LHS & RHS of km 0+066 – km

0+428

Almost all of the obstructions exist within the carriage way

width which will be an obstacle to commence the construction
in this section.

For the underground obstructions identification, the concerned bodies

shall be communicated by your office so that they can locate their existing
utilities.

Therefore, we hereby request you to advise the Client to clear the

obstructions and locate the existing underground utilities and give
solutions.
