Ref No: CRBC/BM/ 214/12 Dates: July 25,
2012
Dear Sirs,
This refers our letter ref No CRBC/BM/177/12 dated June4, 2012 whereby we
submitted the list and survey data, showing the existing ROW obstructions. More
than one and half month has elapsed after this letter and almost one month has
passed since the starting of the rainy season. However, no significant removal of
the row obstructions is observed specially in section3, section 4 and wellosefer
underpass part.
Unless more attention is given to the issue, we are afraid the row clearing itself will
be extended in to the coming dry season which eventually will hamper or suspend
the remaining works (significant volume of work) not to be completed within the
expected time.
Hence, the employer and the concerned bodies are expected to exert more effort
and arrange themselves to deal the issue within the remaining two months.
Thus, we once again request you to advise the client and the concerned parties to
speed up the row clearing and the relocation works to compete within the rainy
season.
Please find the updated list of the obstructions.
Sincerely yours
Wang Yang
General Manager
