CALL CENTER 3

FIRST STEP

You will have a short interview with a recruiter. The recruiter


will ask you a few questions, that are very similar to the ones
practiced in your daily training.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE

1- Tell me about yourself.

2- Why did you decide to apply with us?

3- Tell me 3 characteristics that a sales agent must have?

4- Do you have problems working at night?

5- Why should I study at E4CC and not another academy? (If you
say that you have studied at E4CC)

6- What movie is popular right now? They will ask you to talk
about it, even if you have not seen it.

7- What do you want to achieve by working in this company?


SECOND STEP

Once you have passed your interview with the recruiter, you will be required to
do a couple of test. Typing test and listening test. ( versant listening test
convergys)

TYPING TEST SUBJECT TO CHANGE

You must type over 35 words per minute.

THIRD STEP

It will be an interview with the manager, the questions will vary


according to the account that you qualified for and also you will be
requested to do role plays.

1- What would you do if your supervisor tells you to hang up the


call on a customer?

2- What would you do if you see one of your co workers stealing


customers information from their account?

3- Sell me a bundle package. From AT&T.


4- A customer goes to your restaurant and orders a pepperoni
pizza, in this occasion that option is not available. What would you
do to solve that situation.
